Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with the product, simply return it back to us within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

  1. If the product is brand new, has NOT been used and is in its original package with ALL accessories, you may return the product for a FULL refund.
  2. If the product has been used and/or is NOT in its original packaging, you may return the product for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
  3. Your return request MUST be submitted to us within 14 days from the date that the product has been delivered to you. Under NO circumstances will we issue refunds after 14 days of delivery.
  4. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return shipment.
  5. Returning product must be shipped to us within 5 business days after the return request has been authorized by us.
  6. The product must NOT be abused, damaged or overused. We reserve the right to determine this at our service center.


Here’s how you can return the product:

 

  1. Contact us here or via hello@starkmobility.com with the subject: RETURN REQUEST to initiate the return request and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Print a copy of your original order receipt and include it along with your returned product.
  3. Pack the product in the original packaging including ALL accessories to ensure the product will be returned without damage. If you don’t have the original packaging, make sure to use an anti-shock box to ensure no damage will occur to the product during the transport. We are not liable for damages incurred during shipment.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
  5. ALL refunds have to be made via the original form of payment, iE PayPal or Credit Card. No exceptions.
